General Information
Members data is held by the Hon Secretary, the Hon Treasurer and the Hon Membership Secretary on their personal computers. This data consists of the members name, address, phone numbers and e-mail address only. Nothing else is kept and data is not encrypted.
Members consent is sought to keep this information as part of the joining process, and the data is only used to provide the member with information relating to the running and organisation of the Castle Hill Club.
The Contact Us form
When visitors send information and comments to the site we collect and keep the data shown in the form for only as long as we need it to correspond with you.
People have to agree to this on the contact page before the data can be sent to us.
Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your data with anyone else at all.
How long we retain your data
Your data is only kept for as long as you are a member of the club, or as it is necessary for us to stay in contact with you as a member of the club, or until you ask us to delete any data we hold about you.
What rights you have over your data
You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we may be obliged to keep for legal reasons.
